Ladies and Gents, behold! The glorious cover for Love Can Be Murder. Shot by ultra talented photographer Catherine Beltramini, this incredible shot is 100% real, no photoshop or any trickery. 

Catherine said “it took many attempts to get the shot because I had to create the flow of blood with one hand (and avoid blood getting onto all the petals) while capturing it dripping out with the other hand holding the camera, at just the right moment. I wanted to achieve a realistic look without using photoshop. I do love a good challenge…” 

It has been a (very) long time coming, but we’re absolutely delighted to announce that our new album, Love Can Be Murder, will be released on 12th February 2021 … in 4 weeks time!

It features 10 original tracks, and is being released on Resurrection Records. Pre-orders can be placed via the Resurrection Records website. 

Production of the album was handled by Paul Tipler (Placebo, Julian Cope) and Stereolab’s Andy Ramsay. 

It is a substantial piece of work, and is Lemora’s most ambitious musical undertaking to date. We’re very proud of it, and excited that it has reached this stage in what are extremely difficult times. 

The album is made even more special by the musical contributions from Carina Winstone, Katy Fitz, Kevin Zwierzchaczewski, Ed Tuke, and Tom Marsden.
